The new lightweight four-stroke range delivers higher performance with better fuel economy, reliability and durability.
The latest 200-300hp Pro XS models are built on Mercury’s new 4.6-litre V8 engine platform which weighs only 229 kilograms. V8 Pro XS models deliver up to 16% better fuel economy at cruise.

The new 175hp Pro XS model is built on the 3.4-litre V6 platform. The fuel-efficient, lightweight (213kg) Pro XS 175hp engine delivers higher maximum RPM at full throttle.
V8s come with either digital or mechanical controls and both V8 and V6 Pro XS models sip Regular Unleaded (91 RON) fuel. Advanced Range Optimisation improves cruise-speed fuel efficiency and alternator output is boosted automatically while trolling. Adaptive Speed Control automatically maintains RPM, regardless of changes in load.
Other features include a top cowl service door and factory-painted Pro Black polycarbonate accent panels to personalise your Mercury Pro XS outboard.
