IN THE LUXURY CRUISER category of European Yacht of the Year awards announced at BOOT Düsseldorf in January, the Amel 60 triumphed.
The jury of European marine journalists praised its spacious cockpit, a chill-out zone almost completely covered by a deckhouse providing maximum protection against the elements.

In 2018 her sistership, the AMEL 50, also built in La Rochelle, France, won this distinction.
