Excess 14 debut

The all-new Excess 14 is set to make her world debut at the 2022 Cannes Yachting Festival this September.

A collaboration with VPLP Design, the innovative and dynamic Excess 14 has been shaped by the studio’s ocean racing experience. This 14m catamaran is the product of a design process that is contemporary, outside the box, and makes no compromise on sailing performance or comfort.

Constructed from foam sandwich reinforced with carbon, the asymmetrical hull design cuts through the water with maximum efficiency. A low boom with a performance-inspired ratio rig, combined with a square-top mainsail and overlapping genoa, maximise the boat’s sailing qualities. Coupled with low freeboard to reduce windage and excellent visibility at each helm, this boat will delight with its speed and agility!

The innovation continues with the new layout options, including a four-cabin – four heads charter version, a three-cabin transformed and three-cabin owners’ version. All versions feature a light, airy interior created by Nautia design.
