Raymarine’s recently released Alpha Series performance displays have won the coveted Navigation and Communication category of the 2023 DAME Awards at the METSTRADE industry show in Amsterdam.

Providing fully customisable and extensive data and graphical information, the high-visibility touchscreen Alpha Series displays are designed to be read quickly, accurately and at distance. Optimised for helm or mast mounting, they highly visible in a wide range of light and spray scenarios, and through polarised sunglasses.

Controlled and customised using the touchscreen, or remotely through a networked Raymarine Axiom chartplotter, they are available in 7- and 9-inch display sizes, can be helm- or mast-mounted in either portrait or landscape view, and only require a single cable for data and power.

Boatgear (formerly Tenob)

The story of Boatgear is one of success, in fact one of the most successful in the New Zealand marine industry. At that time the company developed the Tenob rise & fall outboard bracket and now, nearly 50 years later, the range of outboard brackets has grown and is almost unchanged from the original. It is sold all around the world. However, that is just one...
