On April 4, 2024, Tom Barry-Cotter announced his decision to step down as Managing Director of Maritimo.

Bill Barry-Cotter, owner of Maritimo, has returned to the Active Chairman position.

A brief statement from Maritimo said it is business as usual as the company continues to craft world-renowned luxury motor yachts for its customers across the globe.
