Nelson Marine Centre Ltd, Nelson Tasman’s newest one-stop shop for boating needs, cut the ribbon on its flagship retail space in Richmond on Monday 29 April, which was followed by an open weekend on 11-12 May.

The new venture is the result of months of hard work by managing director Pete Walters and operations manager Mark Wiblin, both of whom have worked together for years. Having made the jump over from Marlborough, they are now firmly settled in Nelson, bringing their combined decades-long financial and technical experience, and reputation for stellar customer service, with them.

Pete says he and the entire Nelson Marine team are looking forward to supporting locals and visitors to get out and enjoy the region’s stunning coasts and bays.
