Launched earlier this year at the Cannes Yachting Festival and the Newport International Boat Show, the E-Saildrive series includes three models—SDe7 kW, SDe10 kW, and SDe15 kW—delivering up to 15kW of power for sailboats up to 40 feet (depending on application and displacement). Featuring a 48V electrical system, the E-Saildrive provides a secure and efficient power source, ensuring optimal performance for users. In its 33rd year, the DAME Design Awards shortlisted 58 innovative products from 28 countries. The 2024 jury included international design experts, a sustainability consultant, and a master’s-level design student, reflecting a renewed focus on sustainable and forward-thinking marine solutions.
