The 2025 Sydney Boat Show has sold out all indoor exhibitor space, two months before the gates open. Organisers have now released additional outdoor areas to meet high demand. Set at Sydney Olympic Park from 14–17 August, this year’s Show will offer an expanding 21,000sqm of marine exhibits, boating gear, family entertainment, and product launches.

With two months to go, the 2025 Sydney Boat Show has officially sold out its indoor exhibition space. The Boating Industry Association Ltd (BIA) confirmed the milestone in late June, following a surge in exhibitor interest that exceeded initial expectations.

To meet the overwhelming demand, organisers have now unlocked additional outdoor space. Businesses still hoping to exhibit have a new opportunity to join the action. The Show runs from 14–17 August at Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park.

BIA President Adam Smith said exhibitor enthusiasm has confirmed the industry’s support for the new venue and refreshed format. “We opened exhibitor registrations just last month and indoor space is now completely full,” said Smith. “That strong demand confirms we made the right decision moving to Sydney Olympic Park.”

The outdoor expansion opens the door for more brands to showcase their products and services. “If you’ve been waiting to come on board — now’s your chance,” added Smith. “This is a prime opportunity to connect with thousands of engaged boating enthusiasts and position your brand at the heart of Sydney’s most anticipated marine event.”

Confirmed exhibitors already include Mercury, Sea-Doo, Garmin, Freedom Boat Club, Nautique Central, Sirocco Marine, Hunts Marine, and TR Marine, among many others. Visitors can expect a diverse line-up across power, paddle, and sail, plus marine electronics, safety gear, and boat-based fishing.

The 2025 Sydney Boat Show spans 21,000 square metres of indoor exhibition space, now extended into outdoor zones. Alongside new product launches and global premieres, the event will include live demonstrations, hands-on activities, and family-friendly entertainment.
