The group says participants should begin arriving from 7am, with the convoy set to depart at 8:30am via Elliot Rose Avenue and Munroe Lane before joining State Highway 1 southbound at Oteha Valley Road. The route then continues over the Harbour Bridge, onto State Highway 16, and through the port area.

From there, vehicles will follow Stanley Street onto Tamaki Drive, continuing through to Kohimarama Road, looping up to Kepa Road, descending Patterson Avenue back to Tamaki Drive, and returning to Stanley Street. Drivers will then disperse onto the motorway network heading south, west or north.

No official traffic advisories have yet been issued, but motorists should expect delays along sections of the planned route on Saturday morning.
