Riva has unveiled Riva Cento, a strictly limited edition open yacht created for collectors and built to honour the brand’s modern era while nodding to its most iconic classics. Only 12 boats will be produced, each blending Riva’s signature mahogany, stainless detailing and sleek profile with new functional features designed for long days on the water.
Riva Cento was drawn by Mauro Micheli and Sergio Beretta, founders of Officina Italiana Design, working with the Strategic Product Committee led by Piero Ferrari and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department. The result is a 11.88m open yacht with a 3.50m beam, a sporty stance, and flowing lines intended to look as sharp at anchor as it does on the plane.
Each hull is finished in either Fireworks Black, a metallic tone that emphasises the shape, or a light grey aluminium colour. Upholstery is offered in two colourways, biscuit, or aquamarine and white, with ribbed leather cushions inspired by 1950s and 1960s automotive design.

2024 Matera 40 Performance Catamaran Aventador
$860,000
2024 NZ-built Matera 40 performance catamaran with four cabins, comfort, and elite cruising capabilities.
Aft, the transom becomes a true beach area. An electro hydraulic system opens the stern door to reveal mahogany steps and two water facing chaises longues with detachable cushions. Storage compartments sit beneath, one for fenders and one sized for a Seabob. A retractable gangway is integrated into the transom and deploys automatically. Underwater lights support low light manoeuvring and mooring.
The cockpit is built for entertaining. A C shaped sofa wraps a stainless table with a glossy lacquered mahogany top. The table lowers flush to form a second sunpad. A retractable bimini top is integrated into the sofa backrest and operates via an electro hydraulic mechanism. Dedicated storage includes life jacket compartments, a shoe drawer, a drawer fridge, sink and worktop, plus an insulated cooler.
At the helm, twin displays, 15 inch and 24 inch, present engine data, navigation, cartography, Seakeeper and audio. Manoeuvring is supported by a Volvo Penta joystick and an electric bow thruster. Power comes from twin Volvo Penta D6 440 Aquamatic Duoprop DPI engines, with preliminary figures of 40 knots top speed and 31 knots cruise. A Seakeeper NG6 gyroscopic stabiliser is standard, supporting comfort underway and at anchor.
