GFAB Trailers’ Gold Coast facility

GFAB Trailers is bringing its premium jet-ski and custom boat trailers to the Australian market.

GFAB’s unique alloy boat and jet-ski trailers are now being manufactured in a new factory in Ormeau, Queensland, in addition to the original factory in Tauranga, New Zealand.

Positioned between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, this facility offers convenient access for GFAB Trailers’ established dealers and streamlined logistics for receiving shipments from New Zealand and for shipping trailers inter-state.

1996 | 9.00 m | 1996 Pelin Topaz 9m cruiser, Tauranga. Single Yanmar 170hp diesel, 20-knot cruise, 2-cabin layout, refurbished interior, repainted exterior. Gearbox and driveline replaced. Helm electronics, galley, shower/toilet. Summer-ready at $39,000.

“GFAB Trailers had reached full capacity at our factory in Tauranga. It became evident that the best way to keep up with the growing demand for GFAB Trailers was to expand our operations into Australia. A dedicated facility in Queensland minimises the need to export our trailers across the Tasman,” said Danny Sunkel, Managing Director of GFAB Trailers.

Boaters and water sports enthusiasts want high-quality trailers to transport their boats and jet-skis to the  stunning coastlines and inland waterways of both countries. GFAB Trailers, with its commitment to meeting surging demands, is equipped to cater to these needs.
