Mercury Racing has introduced the all-new 150R and 200R outboard engines.
The new V6 150R and 200R displace 3.4 litres and are designed to deliver exceptional hole shot and acceleration without the weight of a V8. These outboards come with the full suite of Mercury Marine’s V6 platform features. They are designed to operate on regular unleaded (91 RON) fuel and equipped with larger 85-amp alternators.
Weighing just 210kg, the 200R Torque Master is designed for performance craft in the 125-135kph range. At 220kg, the 200R Sport Master is built for high-performance boats running at speeds up to and over 160kph.
Also announced, the Mercury 150 FourStroke is now available in Cold Fusion, in addition to Phantom Black livery.
Expanding Mercury’s mid-range lineup is the all-new FourStroke 105hp Jet. Built on the FourStroke 150hp platform, it delivers 105hp. This puts it at the head of the Mercury Jet family, which also includes the Jet 25hp, 40hp, 60hp and 80hp.
