After 13 years of building trusted aluminium fishing boats, FC Boats has rebranded as Fin Chaser, a name that captures the spirit of “chasing fins” across New Zealand’s waters. Founded in 2011 by Ross Christensen, the company began with a vision to provide practical, durable, and affordable boats tailored to New Zealand anglers.

With Ross’s son Max now part of the team, Fin Chaser’s Hamilton-based facility has expanded, utilizing advanced materials and precise engineering. Their boats are known for stability, fishing space, and strength, built with high-tensile marine-grade alloy to deliver long-lasting performance.

The rebrand also marks the launch of new models like the Fin Chaser 385T and the Gen 2 700HTA, which will debut at The Sika Show this weekend.
