The latest releases in Victron Energy’s high performing Lithium NG battery range include new 12V and 24V models, and the addition of a powerful new 48V model.

With better communications between the batteries and the BMS, up to 50 batteries can be used in a system – to a maximum capacity of 384kW/hrs. Higher voltage systems offer higher efficiency AC conversion rates, greater safety, significant weight saving and smaller conductors and cables.

Other upgraded features include integral mounting brackets and an improved IP-65 rating, while a new software update allows boaters to run multiple BMS and battery banks in one system. The communication centre calculates this as a single bank.

All new Victron Lithium NG batteries transmit data to the Battery Management System (BMS). The new models also boast a low self-discharge rate.

Owners and skippers can receive alerts and check their batteries via the VictronConnect App, a communication centre and the VRM Portal any time, anywhere.

Victron Energy’s Lithium NG battery range will be on display on the L&B stand, stand 130 at the Auckland Boat Show on March 6-9.
