Innovision Boats is on the hunt for a skilled and driven Fabrication Manager to join their growing Auckland-based team. Known for award-winning aluminium designs and standout models like the IV616 Venture hybrid, Innovision is expanding fast—especially across Australia—and needs a hands-on leader to help take operations to the next level.

This senior role is ideal for someone with deep fabrication and welding experience, strong leadership skills, and the ambition to grow into a broader Operations Manager position. You’ll be working closely with the team, guiding production, and helping refine the systems that support Innovision’s reputation for quality and innovation.

Simon Minoprio – Director:

“We’re after someone who gets the job from start to finish, sees what needs fixing before it becomes a problem, and can lead the team with know-how and respect. You’ll have a big say in how we build and scale from here.”

“For me personally, it’s time to shift focus — I’ve been in the thick of things since we kicked this off, but now it’s time to let someone else run the floor and drive the build side. I’ll always be around to support, but I want to step back a bit—focus more on the design and big-picture stuff.
