With an extensive track record in the marine industry and a strong legacy of leadership, Dave steps into this role at a pivotal time for the company – bringing with him a clear vision for innovation, growth and global impact.

Dave’s career is marked by ambition and success. At just 35 years old, he was appointed CEO of one of New Zealand’s most iconic boatbuilding brands, where he led the company through a period of significant growth and international recognition.
