La Vita was constructed in 2010 in the Jaguar factory, in South Africa. Designed by Jeff Schionning, 130 of these hulls were built to stringent Dutch CE standards. This is an ideal cruising catamaran with an incredible amount of room, rivalling that of many other 42ft yachts in the same class.
La Vita’s sturdy hulls are made from GRP composite, she is a great Bluewater Cruising vessel that sails well in light winds. La Vita’s rigging was done in 2020 before her trip from South Africa to Australia. Boasting an incredible 4 staterooms, inclusive of 2 king size cabins, with enough cabinet storage in each hull companionway to suit the largest of families.
Her saloon has an abundance of space with plenty of under-seating storage. La Vita boasts a good-sized galley up within her saloon, with all-round vision, and a 150 lph mechanical water maker including spare filters. The Cockpit has 2 tables to comfortably entertain up to 10 family and friends with full enclosure canvas covers to keep you dry and warm from the elements while anchored.
Her current owners have added an array of upgrades since their purchase, including the installation of tailor-made cushions and, a new Victron battery monitoring system just to name a few.
