JOB OPENING (FREELANCE) I LOGISTICS SUPPORT – NAPLES, ITALY
ROLE OVERVIEW
K-Challenge, the French Challenger for the Louis Vuitton 38th America’s Cup*, to be held in Naples, Italy, in Spring / Summer 2027 is looking for a freelance, part time, local Logistics Support starting as soon as possible.
*This is the upcoming edition of the world’s oldest international sporting event, featuring foiling AC75 yachts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with K-Challenge Operations Team to provide logistics support to the team in Naples including:
– Organising accommodation: visits, contracts, invoicing management
– Local supplier sourcing
– Administrative support
– Any other logistics support the team might need that require local knowledge and
fluency in Italian.
PROFILE
• Languages: Italian – native level / English – fluent
• Based in Naples or surrounding area and good knowledge of the area
• Previous experience in logistics
• Experience in sports or event industries is a plus but not necessary
• Good team spirit
• Adaptability and flexibility are key
• The applicant must be able to travel easily in the Naples region (ideally by car)
CONDITIONS
• Part time position starting with 2 days a week for first half of 2026 with future work
• Day rate depending on experience
• Based in Naples, with home office until the base is set up and potential mixed working
when the team base is set up.
