Tudor Team Alinghi is officially inviting applications for our Women’s and Youth America’s Cup programs for the 38th America’s Cup in Naples.
We are looking to find the future of Swiss foiling: athletes who embody the Alinghi spirit: high-performing, grounded, and team-focused.
The Opportunity
Join a world-class performance environment, train on the cutting-edge AC40, and on our state-of-the-art simulators. This pathway is an exciting opportunity to break into elite high-performance sailing, designed to bridge the gap between youth racing and the sport’s pinnacle.
Who Are We Looking For?
We value the ability to perform at the highest level and are looking for team members who demonstrate a positive mindset and a desire to thrive within a collective team environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationality: You must hold a Swiss passport.
- Youth Category: Born on or after December 31, 2000.
- Women’s Category: Open to female sailors of all ages.
- Experience: A strong competitive background with a focus on or keen interest in foiling technology.
- Language: Fluency in English (essential for on-board communication).
