Readership surges across print and digital

Editors Note

Welcome to your October 2025 edition of Boating New Zealand magazine. In this issue, it is my great pleasure to share some good news. In the latest independent readership survey, Boating New Zealand’s print publication—this magazine—saw a 25% surge in readership in the last six months, which means nearly 100,000 people read the magazine each month. That’s the best readership figure for Boating New Zealand since 2016, and while it’s just a snapshot and not the whole year, and it’s also true magazines are seeing a general resurgence worldwide after years of decline, it’s still fantastic news....
