B&G®, the world’s leading sailing navigation and instrument specialist are proud to partner with the NZ Sailing Trust with a range of B&G electronics installed on both Lion NZ and Steinlager2 sailing vessels.

To celebrate this partnership B&G created a film in collaboration with an independent creative agency, LIKEMINDS, to highlight the fantastic work the NZ Sailing Trust does by telling the powerful story of one group’s experience over a few days on the Hauraki Gulf.

“B&G recognises the importance of sailing within NZ and also the hard work and tireless efforts of those who support the trust and are proud to be involved with such an iconic part of New Zealand’s sailing history,” said Michael Blackwell, Navico’s APAC Marketing Director.

The NZ Sailing Trust empowers young New Zealanders and through on-water experiences, brings to life the values of leadership, teamwork, courage and environmental awareness. The legacy of these iconic vessels, which helped shape many successful kiwi sailing careers, is being preserved by the trust along with providing inspiration to young NZ sailors.
