Sealegs with CAN-bus control

Sealegs is shipping production models of its amphibious craft now fitted with the latest Honda iGX800 inboard with electronic CAN-bus control.

CAN-bus control of the inboard iGX800 Honda engine means the hydraulic power source is fly-by-wire, so there is no need for a mechanical throttle lever. Engine RPM is controlled from the Sealegs onboard electronic logic controller utilising CAN-bus.

Sealegs use the new Honda iGX800 800cc EFI inboard engine.  This provides smoother computer-controlled engine performance with lower noise and less vibration.

These latest improvements, along with superior cooling and fuel efficiency, result in high-performance and reliability.
