Sundays Racing Schedule

On Sunday in Barcelona, racing starts (our early Monday morning here in New Zealand) for the second day of the Semi-Final.

In Group 1 (which I have numbered being the first to race each day), we hope American Magic and Luna Rossa put up a strong fight – on paper its Luna Ross’a game to lose, but the US is always a strong competitor and they will not give up easily. It would be great to see this well-matched, going to the full 9 races available – two down, its time for American Magic to pull it out of the bay today.

Group 2 will be interesting today, it has the Round Robin phase winner INEOS who yesterday appeared to simply out-skill, out-speed, out-everything Alinghi.

Remember, this is the first to 5 wins – two more races today (NZ tonight) meaning 4 points will have been allocated in each group by the close of business today.
