Simrad NSS®4 MFD

Simrad Yachting, a global leader in marine electronics and navigation, has just unveiled the Simrad NSS®4—the latest addition to its premium lineup of chartplotters and fishfinders. Designed for cruisers and offshore sportfishing boats, the NSS®4 combines cutting-edge technology with an elevated design, delivering superior performance and enhanced control capabilities.

The Simrad NSS®4 MFD is available in 10”,12” and 16” displays. It is sleeker with its next-gen design, inside and out. NSS®4 looks stunning from the moment you lay eyes on it. A trio of hybrid control options revolutionise the way you interact with your display, with touch, rotary dial and keypad all working in harmony for control in all conditions. An updated glass-to-edge design delivers a more premium look and feel to the helm, revolutionising dashboards instantly. The sleek design continues when you boot up, with a streamlined interface optimised for ease of use.

Simrad NSS®4 MFD

The Simrad NSS®4 MFD is faster with a lightning-quick user experience. At the heart of NSS®4 lies Simrad’s most powerful Qualcomm® 8-core processor, delivering unimaginably fast speeds throughout the user experience. NSS® 4 brings smoother page transitions, faster auto-routing and, ultimately, faster boating. Speed is also built into the latest operating system, which is quicker at every touchpoint. A streamlined UI allows users to pin their favourite apps and customise screens to suit their boating style. New configurable action buttons provide instant access to your favourite apps. And lightning fast connections make updating a breeze, with Wi-Fi.

Simrad NSS®4 MFD – sonar module compatible

The Simrad NSS®4 MFD is smarter with advanced angling. The NSS®4 is built for more ambitious angling. A dual channel 1kW CHIRP echo sounder provides enhanced target separation and a clearer and more complete picture of the waters below. Support for the stunning Active Imaging™ HD means images of underwater structure and fish are clearer than ever. And integration with the latest trolling motors helps you hold your position over fish. NSS®4 also unlocks new possibilities for fishing. For the first time, users can track four sonar sources on a single display. And a new Waypoint Fish Tagging feature makes it easier to track the best catch spots, applying unique species icons for quick reference.

Sleipner 3rd Generation Vector Fins

Let Sleipner redefine your boating experience with unmatched stabilisation, whether you’re cruising at full speed or anchored in place. Vector Fins™ stand out for their superior design and performance, offering a smoother ride by enhancing roll stabilisation in all conditions for greater comfort and safety. Their unique fin shape creates lift, improving fuel efficiency and allowing faster boats to achieve better savings. Unlike traditional flat fins, which generate more drag, Vector Fins™ direct more power into stabilisation, enhancing overall performance. Their compact actuator design integrates seamlessly into any yacht without compromising space or efficiency. Plus, with dual functionality, they provide stability both while underway and at anchor, making them the ideal choice for any journey.

Sleipner’s Vector Fins™

Sleipner’s extensive range of bow and stern thrusters now includes the innovative E-Vision DC electric thrusters, featuring the first brushless electric motors specifically designed for marine thruster use. Engineered for boats ranging from 40 to 100 feet in length, these battery-powered thrusters deliver industry-leading runtimes at 100 percent thrust while consuming up to 30 percent less amperage than previous models. Equipped with an integrated inverter and proportional power controller, they enhance the growing adoption of proportional speed control for smoother, more efficient manoeuvring. The E-Vision thrusters are also up to 50 percent lighter, 40 percent smaller, and significantly quieter than earlier versions. Additionally, all E-Vision models are fully compatible with Sleipner’s S-Link Control system, making installation or upgrades from older models seamless and hassle-free.

The left zone of the 1200 DP is designed for boiling, while the right zone is perfect for simmering at lower temperatures.
