Maritimo has once again raised the bar in luxury boating with the reveal of its all-new M50 Flybridge. Set to make its grand debut at the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show on May 22, 2025, the M50 embodies the perfect fusion of elegance, performance, and practicality. Having experienced Maritimo ourselves, we can confidently say that this, like the rest of the Maritimo range, will be perfect for families and entertainers. This model offers the versatility to cater to both serious anglers and those looking to unwind in comfort on the water.

A new era of flybridge design

Drawing inspiration from Maritimo’s flagship models, the M50 Flybridge offers a refined accommodation layout that maximises space, comfort, and functionality. The yacht features an expansive Master Stateroom, complete with a king-size full walk-around bed, a spacious ensuite, and a chaise lounge, offering a retreat-like experience. The VIP Stateroom provides that much-needed space as well, while also featuring storage, ensuring guests enjoy a luxurious stay.

One of the standout features of the M50 is its fully enclosed flybridge. More than just an upper helm, it acts as a second-story retreat, providing a sheltered and serene environment regardless of weather conditions. With two sofas (of which one acts as an optional fold-out sofa bed), and two helm seats, this space becomes an additional living area, further enhancing onboard comfort.

Entertainment and relaxation at its core

Maritimo has thoughtfully redesigned the upper cockpit space, creating a seamless connection to the galley without any steps. This open-plan design fosters a true indoor-outdoor lifestyle, allowing guests to transition effortlessly between entertainment areas. Whether hosting a dinner party or enjoying a quiet evening with family, the M50’s expansive entertainment spaces cater to all occasions.

The galley itself is L-shaped, offering ease of access to the deck, making alfresco dining and entertaining a breeze. Comfortable hard-wearing sofas and ample seating throughout the yacht create an inviting atmosphere for relaxation. The addition of a dedicated fishing station—complete with a sink, grill, and storage—ensures that anglers have everything they need within easy reach.

Performance and Efficiency Redefined

The M50 Flybridge is not just about entertainment and family fun—it is also engineered for performance and efficiency. Featuring Maritimo’s advanced shaft drive and hull design technology, this yacht delivers exceptional fuel economy, setting a new benchmark in its class. With twin Volvo D13-800 MHP engines paired with ZF 325 transmissions, the M50 provides a powerful yet smooth ride, ensuring a balance between speed and efficiency.

Designed for safety and exploration

Safety and accessibility are at the heart of the M50’s design. Walk-around decks provide easy access to the foredeck, ensuring that passengers can move around the yacht with confidence and ease. This feature enhances the overall practicality of the boat, whether for docking, anchoring, or simply enjoying panoramic views from the bow.

When it comes to size, the M50 measures 15.70 metres (51’6″ feet) in length overall, with a hull length of 15.69 metres (51’5″ feet). It has a beam spanning 5.22 metres (17’2″ feet) and a draft of 1.39 metres (4’6″ feet), making it both spacious and well-balanced in the water. Weighing in at 25,000 kilograms (55,115 pounds), this vessel is built for both strength and stability.

In terms of onboard resources, the M50 carries a fuel capacity of 3,700 litres (977 US gallons), ensuring long-range cruising capability. It also has a fresh water capacity of 750 litres (198 US gallons) and a holding tank that can store 300 litres (79 US gallons). For accommodations, the standard layout includes two sleeping cabins, comfortably fitting four people. However, with two optional fold-out double beds, the yacht can accommodate up to eight guests with ease.

Under the hood, the M50 is powered by twin Volvo D13-800 MHP engines, delivering impressive performance. It also comes equipped with a 21.5Kw 60Hz generator, ensuring ample power for all onboard systems.

The perfect balance of Luxury and Adventure

Designed for families, adventurers, and entertainers alike, The Maritimo M50 Flybridge provides a well-considered blend of luxury, functionality, and efficiency. Whether you are setting off on a fishing expedition, cruising the coastline, or enjoying a sunset gathering with friends you enjoy spending time with, the M50 ensures that every moment on the water is both comfortable and enjoyment.

With its official launch at the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show just around the corner, the Maritimo M50 Flybridge is set to turn heads and redefine expectations in the luxury cruising market.
