Absolute unveils Navetta 50 “Calypso”

Absolute Yachts has unveiled the new Navetta 50 Calypso, a compact yet highly capable motoryacht designed to deliver freedom, autonomy and a refined next generation cruising experience. One of three models in the brand’s Generation 2026 range, the Navetta 50 brings the hallmarks of the Navetta line into an owner operable format without compromise.

Inspired by the myth of Calypso, a symbol of allure and independence, the Navetta 50 blends contemporary styling with generous internal volumes and advanced onboard systems. The result is a yacht that is easy to manage, intuitive to run and comfortable to live aboard, whether cruising short handed or hosting friends and family.

Owner operation is central to the design. A well laid out helm, side access door on the main deck and clear circulation routes simplify manoeuvring and docking. The vertical stern profile improves cockpit usability and provides easy access to the swim platform, while modular furnishings throughout allow spaces to adapt quickly from social to private use.

The flybridge is a standout feature, conceived as a single level open air living area from bow to stern. It includes a generous dining space, a fully equipped bar with refrigerator, ice maker and barbecue, and guest seating alongside the helm to share the journey. The cockpit flows seamlessly from the saloon through large opening glass surfaces, reinforcing the indoor outdoor connection.

Below deck, the owner’s cabin forward offers sea level windows, a diagonally positioned bed and excellent storage. A spacious VIP cabin, twin guest cabin and a flexible single cabin complete the layout.

The Navetta 50 will make its world debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival, 8 to 13 September 2026, alongside the Navetta 66 Aurora and Navetta 58 Andromeda.
