Aquila debut new 45 Sport at Miami International Boat Show

Written by

Aquila Power Catamarans continues to build global momentum following a landmark showing at the 2025 Cannes Yachting Festival with a major presence at the Miami International Boat Show this February.

Last September in Cannes, Aquila delivered the global and European premieres of the 46 Yacht and 50 Yacht, alongside the inboard-powered 42 and 46 Coupe models. Together, the range underlined Aquila’s focus on innovation, offshore capability, and lifestyle-driven design across multiple power catamaran segments.

That momentum carries into Miami, where Aquila is exhibiting seven power catamarans spanning high-performance sport platforms, versatile coupes, long-range cruising yachts, and fishing-focused models. Among them is the first public showing of the all-new Aquila 45 Sport, a bold addition to the brand’s performance-led lineup.

Arriving in February 2026, the Aquila 45 Sport redefines the brand’s high-performance day boat category. Sharp, SUV-inspired styling is paired with advanced double-stepped hull technology, delivering top speeds above 50 mph and efficient cruising at 38 to 40 mph. The expansive aft cockpit features fold-down terraces that open to a 19-foot-wide social zone, with convertible U-shaped seating and a manual high-low table.

Check out the onboard connectivity. Owners can control lighting, LED accents, C-Zone systems, navigation, engines, and audio directly from a smart device. A four-seat helm, private cabin with head, and optional advanced lithium system make the 45 Sport equally suited to day charters, diving, weekend escapes, or entertaining at speed.
