All Things Starling launches debrief series to support next generation of sailors

All Things Starling has released its new Debrief Series online, delivering a structured set of video insights aimed at strengthening performance across the Starling fleet.

The series captures the full All Things Starling workshop and presents it in six concise, high-impact recap videos. Each episode draws on the experience of six respected contributors, offering practical observations, proven lessons, and real-world advice tailored to junior and mid-fleet sailors.

“This series reflects our ongoing commitment to making knowledge accessible across the Starling community,” Vivien Webster representing All Things Starling said. “By breaking down key lessons into focused episodes, we aim to help sailors at all levels improve their understanding and performance.”

The Debrief Series reinforces All Things Starling’s broader mission to raise the overall standard within the class by sharing insights that are often difficult to access outside of high-performance environments.

Sailors and supporters are encouraged to watch the series, revisit key moments from the workshop, and share the content within their networks to help grow the sport.
