Racing delayed, boats not getting in the water

Racing in New York has been pushed back roughly an hour, with high winds at the venue halting crane operations before the start. The new expected start time is around 8:30pm NZ time.

North Sails Canada posted on Facebook that cranes were unable to get all of the F50s into the water. Some boats remain on shore. If racing goes ahead, the fleet will be short.

Boating NZ will update this article as the situation clears.
