Cule Marine acquires Sandbrooks expanding its marine manufacturing capabilities

Written by

Cule Marine is excited to share that we have acquired Sandbrooks, continuing the proud legacy that Colin and Peggie Sandbrook began back in the late 1960s for manufacturing boat windows and windscreens. Their craftsmanship and commitment to New Zealand’s marine industry have shaped Sandbrooks for more than five decades, and we’re honoured to carry that legacy forward. We’re also grateful to Glen Sandbrook for his ongoing support and are delighted that he will remain closely involved as our Technical Advisor.

It’s very much business as usual with the same trusted team. Glen will continue to support customers with his deep product knowledge, while Ursula will oversee day to day operations across both the Sandbrooks windows team in Wiri and the Cule hatch team in Henderson. Scott will continue contributing to business development and strategic planning across the combined business.

We look forward to supporting you with the same care, expertise, and responsiveness you’ve come to expect from Cule Marine, now across an expanded portfolio that includes windows, hatches, Dometic blinds, and boat care products.
