XPO Exhibitions has announced Stabicraft as the Official Grand Prize Boat Partner for The Hutchwilco New Zealand Boat Show in 2027 and 2028.

The partnership reunites two iconic New Zealand boating brands and coincides with Stabicraft’s 40th anniversary in 2027. Plans are underway for a major show activation, with prize boat details and supporting partners to be revealed closer to the event.

A long-time exhibitor, Stabicraft previously supplied the show’s grand prize boats from 2013 to 2015. Founded in Invercargill in 1987, the company has grown into a globally-recognised aluminium boat manufacturer known for innovation, safety and performance.

Stabicraft CEO Aaron Greene said the partnership provides an opportunity to showcase New Zealand manufacturing excellence and connect with both local and international boating audiences.

Show organisers also thanked Surtees, Yamaha, Garmin, Hutchwilco and other partners for their contribution over the past decade, during which more than $2.5 million worth of boat packages were given away.

The Hutchwilco New Zealand Boat Show attracts more than 30,000 visitors annually. Organisers say the 2027 grand prize package, developed with leading marine partners, will be one of the most exciting in the show’s history.
