AIRMAR has introduced the TriSonic Smart Multisensor, the marine industry’s only ultrasonic speed sensor. By eliminating moving parts, it avoids the maintenance issues common with paddlewheel sensors.

The NMEA 2000 compatible sensor provides speed, depth, water temperature, heel, and trim data, with wireless smartphone calibration through the CAST app. Its all-in-one design simplifies installation and fits existing AIRMAR two-inch through-hull housings.

For multihull vessels, the TriSonic 2 system uses dual sensors that automatically select the best reading source for optimal speed and depth accuracy. Available now through authorised AIRMAR dealers worldwide, including Airmar ANZ.
