Xtreme Marine earns exclusive premier dealer status

Written by

Echuca-based dealer Xtreme Marine has been recognised as one of Mercury Marine’s best-performing businesses, becoming just the 12th of more than 200 Mercury dealers across Australasia to achieve the prestigious Premier Dealer status.

Becoming a Premier Dealer is the highest level of service recognition awarded within the Mercury Marine Dealer Network, recognising dealerships that consistently demonstrate excellence across customer service, technical expertise and presentation.

Mercury Marine ANZP Director of Service Paul McLean said the achievement is a testament to the commitment of the Xtreme Marine team.

“This is a significant achievement and a testament to the effort and commitment of the great team at Xtreme Marine,” he said.

“It recognises the dealership’s long-standing commitment to excellence in customer service, technical expertise and presentation.

“Premier Dealer status is reserved for the dealerships that consistently set a very high standard across the entire customer experience. Xtreme Marine has demonstrated that commitment over many years, and this recognition is thoroughly deserved.”

The recognition comes after 20 years as a Mercury dealer, with Xtreme Marine Director Paul Eade saying the accreditation was particularly significant given the calibre of dealerships across the network.

“After more than three decades in the marine industry, it’s great to be recognised as an elite partner with Mercury,” he said.

“It’s a reflection of the team here and the hard work, commitment and pride they put into delivering the best level of service and completing every job to the highest standard for our customers.

“As a regional dealer servicing the Echuca Moama region, achieving this status is a significant milestone for us, but we won’t stop here, we’ll continue to look for ways to improve and be better at what we do.”

Mercury evaluates the performance of its dealers each year, with Premier Dealer status reserved for businesses that demonstrate an exceptional commitment to customer service. To qualify, dealers must maintain a high customer satisfaction score, meet rigorous service standards and demonstrate a consistently high level of dealership presentation.

The assessment also considers the availability and presentation of genuine Mercury Precision Parts, service capabilities and the overall customer experience.

“To be one of only 12 Premier Dealers across Australasia and demonstrates just how consistently Xtreme Marine has performed across the areas that matter most to our customers,” Paul said.

“We look forward to seeing the team build on that success in the years ahead.”

For Xtreme Marine, the new status will also provide an opportunity to formally promote its accreditation within the local community, with new Premier Dealer signage set to be installed at the dealership in the coming months.
