Offering maximum performance with simple handling and basic liveaboard comfort, the 30od is the logical next step in race-oriented one-designs, but Dehler doesn’t lose sight of cruising sailors.
“We wanted a light, fast boat that was capable of winning regattas – without giving up living comfort for holiday trips,” says designer Matthias Bröker from Judel/Vrolijk & Co. Combining function and comfort inside a tight weight envelope was achieved with design innovation, high-tech materials and completely new thinking.
With the Dehler 30od, the emphasis has shifted from the original cruiser-racer to racer-cruiser.
