The vessels operate from two highly sought-after side-by-side berths at Taupo Boat Harbour in a prime marina location.
Barbary sails up to four times daily to the world-renowned Maori Rock Carvings and can take up to 25 passengers. During the sail, passengers are given an informative speech on the lake’s history.
Kakariki can take up to 24 passengers and can cruise in any weather.
Both boats offer snacks and refreshments for purchase onboard. Both are licensed to sell alcohol, or guests can bring their own.
