The 2025 Sydney Boat Show is already setting records, with all indoor exhibitor space sold out two months ahead of the 14–17 August event. To meet overwhelming demand, organisers have expanded the footprint with new outdoor zones at Sydney Showground, pushing the total area beyond 21,000m². Now held at Olympic Park for the first time, the refreshed format brings together powerboats, paddlecraft, marine technology, and lifestyle brands — all in one accessible, family-friendly venue. With free public transport, hands-on demos, and exclusive product launches from top names, this year’s show is shaping up to be the biggest yet — and a great excuse for Kiwi boaties to cross the Tasman.
Bigger, bolder, indoors: Sydney Boat Show’s new look for 2025

New launches and first-rime exhibitors
Tech lovers take note: SeaRebbel makes its Australian debut with MobilePilot — the world’s first smart steering wheel that functions as both an autopilot and passive helm. Wireless, app-connected, and installable in just 15 minutes, it’s a game-changer for small boat handling. The system will be showcased in partnership with 37South Yachts at Stand C348.
Sea-Doo will also turn heads with its complete 2025 lineup, including the agile Spark, rugged Explorer Pro, performance-driven RXP-X 325, and the innovative Switch pontoon.
Meanwhile, Whittley Boats is set to launch its all-new AL Series, unveil a nationwide Honda Repower Division, and debut Honda’s latest BF150 and V6 250 marine engines — all with exclusive offers across their aluminium and fibreglass ranges.
What’s on
This year’s show offers far more than boats. Drop anchor at the Anaconda Main Stage for live fishing talks, rigging demos, and seafood cooking presentations hosted by leading anglers and celebrity chefs. Over at the Berkley Supertank, casting techniques come to life underwater with daily demonstrations from “Cookie.”
Step outside to Riverina Avenue, a lively open-air precinct lined with marine and lifestyle exhibitors, food trucks, pop-up bars, and live entertainment — plus special appearances from fishing icon Andrew “ET” Ettingshausen.

Inside the Dome, the Demonstration Pool is home to interactive gear showcases, while kids can enjoy face painting and hands-on activities throughout the venue. The Boating Safety Zone offers expert advice from organisations including Marine Rescue NSW, the NSW Police Marine Area Command, and the Australian Maritime College.
