COMPACT LITTLE NUMBER

The world’s most compact ‘float-free’ Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon (EPIRB), Ocean Signal’s SafeSea EPIRB1 Pro, is also one of the most rugged.

Designed for pleasure boats, commercial and fishing vessels, it boasts a 10-year battery life and superior operating life when activated. The SafeSea EPIRB1 Pro continuously updates a vessel’s position for longer, maintaining an essential link to emergency services. 30% smaller than most float-free EPIRBs, the SafeSea EPIRB1 Pro features a 66-channel GPS receiver for fast, accurate position acquisition, an Automatic Release Housing (ARH) bracket with hydrostatic release and easy operation to protect against accidental activation.

Constant monitoring by Cospas-Sarsat ensures a rapid response anywhere in the world. A 121.5MHz homing beacon and a high brightness LED strobe light assists rescuers at closer ranges. SafeSea EPIRB1 Pro’s ARH fits the same mounting holes previously used for older, larger EPIRBs, including the Ocean Signal E100 and E100G.
