Riviera 4300 walkthrough – video narration version

As we step aboard the Riviera 4300 from the swim platform, the first thing that immediately stands out is how well this cockpit has been designed for entertaining.

Right here at the back you have the full outdoor galley. There is a barbecue station, integrated sinks, plenty of preparation space and neatly concealed storage. Everything folds away under beautifully finished covers, which keeps the whole space clean and uncluttered. It is very much classic Riviera thinking. Practical, elegant, and designed for real time on the water.

Moving forward now into the main saloon, you start to see just how much space this boat carries. At 45 feet 6 inches overall with a beam of 4.45 metres, the 4300 feels open and comfortable the moment you step inside.

The finish is exactly what you would expect from Riviera. The joinery is beautifully executed, the materials feel substantial, and everything has been carefully thought through.

Over to port you will see the day galley. At first glance it looks like a clean bench space, but lift the covers and it reveals a stainless sink, refrigeration below, storage for glassware and supplies, and even integrated waste bins. It is all there when you need it, but completely hidden away when you do not.

The dining area sits right at the centre of the saloon. The table lowers to create a large social space and with the beam of this boat there is plenty of seating for a group of friends or family.

Now if we continue forward and head up toward the bow, we arrive at one of the most inviting spots on the boat.

The foredeck lounge is fitted with large upholstered daybeds, creating a fantastic place to relax while at anchor. There are drink holders, storage lockers, and Riviera has also included a pop up shade system that provides welcome cover on warmer days.

Heading back inside now, let’s take a look below.

As we come down the companionway you will see there is actually a second lounge space here. It works beautifully as an evening retreat, with a full sofa, ottoman and an integrated television.

Just beside it sits the night galley, fitted with refrigeration, storage and an induction cooktop for longer stays aboard. And over here you will see the CZone digital switching system, which manages the lighting and onboard systems throughout the vessel.

Moving forward we reach the accommodation.

On one side there is the guest cabin, with a double berth and a generous single berth, making it ideal for family or visiting guests.

Opposite sits the owner’s cabin, centred around a comfortable queen sized bed with good surrounding storage. A sliding partition allows this space to be closed off for privacy when needed.

Between the cabins is the bathroom, complete with a fully enclosed shower and toilet, all finished to the same high standard you see throughout the boat.

Back upstairs, it is also worth noting the performance side of the Riviera 4300.

The boat can be powered by twin Volvo Penta IPS diesels, producing either 440 or 480 horsepower each, depending on the engine option. With 1,200 litres of fuel and 400 litres of water capacity, it is well suited for extended coastal cruising.

Overall, the Riviera 4300 is exactly what you would expect from Riviera. Beautifully finished, thoughtfully designed, and built for comfortable time on the water.

And if you are at the Auckland Boat Show, it is definitely worth stepping aboard and taking a closer look for yourself.
