The International Multihull Show wrapped its 2026 edition in La Grande Motte, France last week, drawing 82 multihulls on display and a record number of international exhibitors and visitors across the five-day event from April 22 to 26.
Overall attendance dipped five percent on 2025, but organisers say that was more than offset by the strongest international turnout the show has seen, with guests arriving from 27 European countries alongside visitors from North and South America, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Australia. Building on that momentum, organisers plan to introduce a focus country for each future edition to spotlight marine industries from around the world.
The 2026 debut list underlined just how global the multihull builder community has become:
Adventure Yachts AY60 (Thailand)
Aquila Power Catamarans 50ES (China)
Aventura Yachts 37 Explorer, 56 MY (Tunisia)
Earthling Limited E 40 (Australia)
Leopard Catamarans 52, 53 PC, Sunsail 465 (South Africa)
McConaghy Boats MC75 Jack (China)
ORC ORC 57 (France)
Outremer Catamarans 48 (France)
Rapido Trimarans 40R (Vietnam)
Simbad Yachts 55 (Spain)
Trimarine Composites TRM 43 (Portugal)
A redesigned visitor route and the opening of a third marina improved access to both the fleet and the exhibitor village. A new entrance closer to the town centre and a free electric shuttle service were among the changes visitors noted favourably.
The show’s Multihull Design and Innovation Area brought together naval architects, startups and equipment manufacturers to preview the sector’s next generation of ideas. The strong presence of powercats, hybrid and electric builds reflected shifting usage patterns and a growing industry focus on autonomy, efficiency and reduced environmental impact.
“The show continues to evolve with the market,” said Anaïs David, Director of the International Multihull Show. “Exhibitors report promising discussions and visitors have remarked on the quality and variety of the vessels and exhibitors.”
The International Multihull Show returns to La Grande Motte in April 2027.
