The Lagoon 47, a modern cruising sweet spot

Written by

The new Lagoon 47 is already generating strong interest as one of the most exciting additions to the modern cruising catamaran market. Positioned
between the highly popular Lagoon 46 and Lagoon 51, the new model targets owners seeking the ideal balance of comfort, practicality and manageable size for extended cruising.

Designed with input from both owners and dealers, the Lagoon 47 introduces a more connected onboard layout, including direct saloon access to the forward cockpit, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

A side helm station on the flybridge also improves communication and ease of handling while underway or docking. Below deck, the focus shifts toward long-term liveability, with refined guest accommodation, flexible owner’s layouts and practical storage solutions throughout.

The official public debut will be at the Cannes Yachting Festival in September 2026. The Lagoon 47 is shaping up to be a standout option for Kiwi buyers planning future cruising adventures.
