A Basic Boat Trailer Maintenance Service Includes

  1. Inspect structural integrity of frame, welding, stress points and rust
  2. Inspect & grease wheel bearings and bearing buddies
  3. Check lights, light board, and pin coupler
  4. Check safety chain, shackle, tow coupler
  5. Check brakes and pads (if fitted)
  6. Check tyre pressure and overall condition
  7. Inspect jockey wheel (grease if required)
  8. Lubricate and re-tension wheel nuts to the correct torque specifications
  9. Check springs, suspension bushes, bolts & nuts
  10. Check and lubricate wobble/keel rollers, brackets, and split pins as necessary (boat trailer)
  11. Check winch drum, winch strap and lubricate gears (boat trailer)
  12. Checking WOF & Reg are current & displayed (does not include renewing)

We recommend trailers are serviced every 12 months.
