It has also acquired all the shares in French subsidiary Bavaria Catamarans S.A.S. All 800 employees of both companies will continue under the employ of CMP.

Bavaria Yachtbau welcomed the news and is now focused on the upcoming boat show season, with continued promotion of its expanding range of motorboats, the new C-line of yachts and the very successful Nautitech catamaran range.
