RYCK YACHTS ARRIVE

WINDCRAFT, THE NEW ZEALAND DISTRIBUTOR for the Hanse Group’s range of motor and sail boat brands has announced a new motor boat option, RYCK.

Named after the after a Baltic region famous for its historical shipping, trading and boat building traditions, RYCK Yachts is the fourth motorboat brand for Windcraft, aimed specifically at performance-orientated owners in the day-boating and weekender segment.

Developed in conjunction with designer Bill Dixon, RYCK Yachts are manufactured in Germany to exacting standards of engineering and precision.

The first model to be unveiled is the RYCK 280, which combines a modern, high performance hull shape and good handling characteristics with a stylish design and a range of layouts.

With her stepped hull, reverse bow, walk-around side decks, step-less cockpit and high freeboard, the Ryck 280 is a stylish new design that can be moored, dry-stacked or trailered.  The various layouts and options include T-tops, a luxurious double cabin and cruising, watersports, fishing and diving-orientated setups. All versions are powered by a single 250-350hp outboard.
