BRIG is back!

Written by

Family Boats is thrilled to announce the long-awaited return of BRIG rigid inflatable boats to New Zealand shores, a limited supply of which is scheduled to arrive before Christmas.

After a year of forced hiatus caused by the war in Ukraine, BRIG Rigid Inflatable Boats, proudly Ukraine-made, will return to our shores. Despite the continuing turbulence in Ukraine, BRIG has resumed manufacturing at their original facilities in Kharkiv.

BRIG suspended production a year ago when shelling damaged one building at their headquarters and threatened the safety of their workforce.

BRIG, sold in New Zealand by Family Boats in Auckland, enjoyed a healthy market share in New Zealand prior to its pause in production.

The first BRIG models to be available here will be the Eagle 8 and Eagle 670, says Family Boats MD Peter Carlson.
