Italy’s Sessa Marine, known for its excellence in boat building using only the best quality materials and components, has unveiled the new F48, expanding its Flybridge range.

This 48-foot yacht combines elegance, functionality, and innovation, designed for both avid mariners and leisure seekers. It can host 16 passengers during the day and sleep six overnight, making it ideal for short excursions and extended voyages.

The yacht’s interior and exterior layout emphasise symmetry, enhancing space perception and functional flow. The enlarged cockpit connects seamlessly with the saloon, creating a sociable and open space. The décor features natural colours and premium materials,
resulting in a bright and spacious living area.

Elevated outdoor living

The expansive flybridge includes a bar cabinet, sunbathing area, as well as a large sofa with dining table, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. The foredeck offers a well-appointed sunbathing area.

Privacy and comfort are enhanced with features like a four-panel sliding door, electric awning, and sunshield/windshield. The yacht also has the option of air conditioning throughout.

Smart design, seamless technology

Powered by twin VOLVO D8 IPS 700 engines, the F48 reaches a top speed of 35 knots.

It features the latest onboard technologies – cutting-edge electronics, advanced entertainment systems, smart automation, and intuitive controls that simplify both manoeuvring and system management. The yacht boasts a fully equipped kitchen and optional barbecue. The submersible stern platform with a folding ladder offers easy access to water activities. A 40-inch SMART Full HD TV with electric lift ensures onboard entertainment.

Italian design

Developed by Centrostiledesign and Sessa Marine’s in-house team, the F48 combines Italian craftsmanship with contemporary design. The three main cabins offer independence and tranquillity, with the VIP cabin featuring panoramic windows. The engine room accommodates optional accessories like stabilisers and watermakers.

Setting a benchmark

Sessa in New Zealand

Wynyard Marine Ltd, the exclusive New Zealand distributor for Sessa Marine, is seeking
expressions of interest for the new Sessa F48. Depending on specification level and
factory options, packages for the F48 are available from $2.55m +GST
The company also has a highly optioned Sessa C47 coupe model (similar in shape
to the F48 but without the flybridge) moored at Westhaven and available for sale at an
unbeatable price.
