Fountaine Pajot unveils the magestic new FPY 70S

Fountaine Pajot has revealed its new flagship catamaran, the FPY 70S — a 22-metre yacht redefining modern bluewater cruising. Blending sculpted elegance with sustainable technology, the 70S offers 226m² of refined living space, multiple layout options, and solar-powered autonomy. Designed by Berret-Racoupeau Yacht Design, it embodies the brand’s vision of connected, conscious luxury — a residence that moves in harmony with the sea.

Fountaine Pajot Yachts has announced the launch of the new FPY 70S, a landmark in luxury multihull design that redefines contemporary bluewater cruising. Combining elegance, sailing performance and sustainable innovation, this remarkable catamaran embodies a new way of living at sea—where every moment flows in harmony with the ocean.

Measuring 22 metres and offering 226m² of refined living space, the FPY 70S is more than a yacht—it is a residence in motion, crafted to connect owners seamlessly with the sea while providing comfort, privacy and freedom.

Designed for up to 12 guests and five crew, every detail has been meticulously considered to achieve perfect balance and flow. Expansive living zones include a 51m² aft terrace lounge, a 31m² panoramic flybridge, a 26m² foredeck with integrated spa and a 25m² Maestro suite, creating distinct yet connected spaces for relaxation, entertainment and retreat.

Owners can select from up to eight layout configurations to suit their lifestyle, with options for three to six guest cabins and up to five crew cabins. The galley can be positioned either on the main deck or below, depending on preference. A refined palette of textures and tones enhances the contemporary atmosphere, while Fountaine Pajot’s design team offers full customisation for those seeking a truly bespoke experience.

Service and discretion are integral to the FPY 70S experience, with 34m² dedicated to crew, including a captain’s cabin with ensuite facilities. Every aspect of circulation and design ensures privacy for guests and efficiency for crew. Behind the scenes, advanced autonomy systems support quiet confidence on extended voyages, with 7,000 W of solar panels, a high-capacity generator, a 300 L/h watermaker and a 1,300 L fuel tank providing sustainable, self-sufficient cruising.
