Auckland Boat Show 2026: 36° Brokers to showcase standout yacht

Written by

36° Brokers is gearing up for the Auckland Boat Show with a trio of exciting yachts that will appeal to Kiwi sailors and cruisers of all tastes. Expect well known models that have won praise for their design, performance and liveability.

On display will be Excess 11, the compact yet capable performance catamaran. This 37-foot design combines nimble handling with a surprisingly spacious interior thanks to its broad beam and smart layout. Its dual outboard helm stations and straightforward sail plan make it a great choice for coastal cruising or stepping into multihull sailing without compromise.

Alongside it sits the Beneteau Oceanis 40.1, a yacht that continues to impress New Zealand sailors. Widely celebrated for blending comfortable cruising with engaging sailing, the Oceanis 40.1 features a generous cockpit and interior, twin rudders for confident handling and flexible cabin arrangements to suit couples or families. It has been recognised internationally for its all-round capability and ease of use.
