Three Brunswick Boat Group brands earn major international and U.S. innovation awards

Brunswick Boat Group, a division of Brunswick Corporation, has secured three of the marine industry’s most respected international and U.S. awards, with Sea Ray, NAVAN, and Princecraft all recognised for design excellence, innovation, and on water performance.

The awards span multiple market segments and were judged independently across Europe and North America, reinforcing Brunswick Boat Group’s position as a global leader in recreational boat design and engineering.

Award recognition includes:
• Sea Ray Boats named European Powerboat of the Year 2026 for the SDX 270 Surf at the Düsseldorf Boat Show
• NAVAN Boats winning Motor Boat of the Year for the S30 at the Düsseldorf Boat Show
• Princecraft Boats receiving a 2026 NMMA Innovation Award for the Platinum 190 at the Minneapolis Boat Show

2026 Motor Boat Awards reveal the best motorboats of the year

Recognition across global markets

At boot Düsseldorf, the world’s largest watersports trade fair, Sea Ray’s SDX 270 Surf was awarded European Powerboat of the Year 2026 in the compact sports boat category. Judges highlighted the model’s seamless integration of wakesurf technology within a premium dayboat platform, noting its versatility, comfort, and surf focused design.

Also at boot Düsseldorf, NAVAN’s S30 claimed top honours at the Motor Boat Awards 2026, winning Best Weekender up to 40 feet. Following extensive sea trials, judges praised the S30’s performance, build quality, innovative cockpit layout, and refined cabin design in a highly competitive category.

In North America, Princecraft’s all new Platinum 190 earned a NMMA Innovation Award at the Minneapolis Boat Show. The award recognised the model’s advanced hull design, next generation helm ergonomics, and angler focused layout, setting a new benchmark for aluminium fishing boats.

Together, the awards highlight Brunswick Boat Group’s ability to deliver category leading products across dayboating, premium cruising, and fishing segments, with consistent recognition from leading international juries.
