Written by

SANCTUARY COVE, QLD, Australia – (May 13, 2026) – Flite, a brand of Brunswick Corporation (NYSE: BC) and the global pioneer of electric hydrofoil technology, will return to the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show (SCIBS), May 21–24, with its most advanced and award-winning lineup to date, reinforcing its position as a global leader in premium foiling innovation.

Marking seven years since its first appearance at SCIBS in 2018, Flite’s 2026 showcase reflects a significant evolution in design, performance, and rider experience. At the center of this year’s presence is the Series 6 range, the brand’s most refined boards, showcased alongside FLITELab*, Flite’s advanced performance division, and the first boating market introduction of AMPJet at SCIBS.

Award winning, Fliteboard RACE x Mercury Racing, competition-focused eFoil created for experienced riders chasing ultimate speed and control. Developed in collaboration with Mercury Racing, Fliteboard RACE is engineered to deliver higher RPMs and reach top speeds of 55 km/h (34 mph, 30 knots), setting a new benchmark for high-performance electric foiling. Also featured and designed to push the boundaries of foiling propulsion, AMPJet represents a new frontier in performance foiling. Its debut follows recent international recognition, with both Fliteboard RACE and AMPJet earning Red Dot and iF Design Awards for innovation and design excellence.

“SCIBS is where Flite’s story began, and it’s incredibly meaningful to return with technology that demonstrates just how far foiling and our brand have progressed,” said Dion Dougherty, Global Managing Director of Flite. “From Series 6 and Fliteboard RACE x Mercury Racing through to AMPJet, everything we’re presenting this year reflects Australian-led innovation, global testing, and a deep commitment to redefining what’s possible on the water.”
