Trimutic’s new LOGBOOK app is the next generation of its Logbook Suite. By automatically capturing vessel data via the NMEA network, it eliminates manual logging for both private skippers and professional crews.
LOGBOOK continuously records onboard NMEA data and creates an officially recognised ship’s logbook. Users can enrich entries with photos, notes, and observations, turning it into a complete voyage journal. The app is available in English and German, with French coming this summer.
An interactive timeline replaces traditional logbook tables, providing a real-time view of the voyage. Multiple crew members can access and update the logbook simultaneously across macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android devices. Data syncs in real time and is securely stored in the cloud.
Existing Logbook Suite customers can import their data and access upgrade pricing. New users can try the software free for five days, with subscriptions starting at around $60 per month (annual plan).
